Dear Friends and Business Partners,

It is with great excitement that I write my first letter to you as the Chief Executive Officer of Vikram Solar.Most of you are already aware- as GC gets elevated to a larger and more strategic role, focusing on new ventures, diversification, and key corporate decisions, I have been appointed as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Even as we undergo this transition, what remains constant is Vikram Solar’s vision of Creating Climate for Change and ourCore Values, which we cherish and celebrate.It goes without saying that we are going to stay true to our DNA and will continue to make the best products in the industry that delight our customers and make our employees incredibly proud of what they do.

I’m thrilled to be part of the next phase of Vikram Solar’s growth journey- Viram Solar 2.0 and look forward to leading such a team of knowledgeable, and dedicated people that have created an incredible organization.

The opportunity ahead is a big one for all of us. We all know and sense how fast our industry is changing. The time pressure is on and the expectations are high from all sides- our clients, our investors, and the regulators.

Many companies aspire to change the world. But very few have all the elements required: talent, resources, and perseverance. Vikram Solar, from what I have seen as an industry veteran, has all three in abundance. And as the new CEO, I can’t ask for a better foundation.
